Staff was friendly and welcoming during our stay.

The bathroom in our room was not clean at all. There were remnants of soap marks in the shower caddy and the floor was dirty. We didn’t have enough towels for the three of us, even though the room was meant for four guests.

friendly staff

great location

we had a lovely stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the lagoon, beach, and various restaurants. breakfast was delicious and very affordable. the staff were super friendly, especially when we mentioned the noise from children in the hallway—they quickly moved us to a quieter room, which we really appreciated.

i do recommend.

The pool was well kept and my kids loved it, they spent hours splashing around. Breakfast was lovely, with a great variety of options that even my picky eaters enjoyed.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable for what we got.

The Standard Family Room was a bit dated but super clean. The bed was comfy, and the linen was fresh and white. The coffee-making facilities and minibar fridge were nice touches. I liked having a desk to catch up on some work too. Overall, it felt cozy, but some maintenance would help freshen things up a bit.
